Since 2022, I'm working as a full time UX Designer at Diconium - a Volkswagen Group company. I worked in various projects including B2B and B2C E-Commerce and Automotive sector, within cross-functional agile product development teams, collaborated with many talented designers, developers, product owners and scrum masters, designed for mobile-first and responsive web to provide an excellent experience to users. I always aimed at becoming an expert in Customer Experience, developed comprehensive knowledge and skills in UX Strategy, UX Research, UX Design, and UI Design. In addition to designing for customers and users, I also developed strategic initiatives to increase UX Maturity Level and promoted customer centricity and innovation.
