Project Overview
Arranged is a conceptual design mockup for a fictional sustainable fashion brand. Arranged specializes in premium, high-quality clothing and accessories, focusing on sustainable materials, minimalist design, and ethical production practices.
The brand aims to cater to modern, eco-conscious consumers who seek both style and sustainability in their fashion choices.

Challenges
The challenge was to design an online shopping experience for a premium sustainable fashion brand that appeals to minimalist-minded and stylish users. The user interface had to reflect the brand’s minimalistic and high-end aesthetic while providing a seamless, intuitive browsing and purchasing experience and so I needed to ensure that the design communicated sustainability and quality, while maintaining a minimalist, elegant visual identity.

Goal
The goal was to provide users an intuitive and enjoyable user experience with a simple checkout process to complete their goals easily, and meeting the business goals by driving conversion and sales, and fostering customer loyalty.
My Contributions
I conceptualized and designed the e-commerce platform with a primary focus on keeping users engaged and happy to prevent abandonment and maximize conversion rates. I aimed to achieve this by minimizing cognitive load and distractions by a smooth and seamless journey with a simple and minimalist interface.

I prioritized clear navigation with a strong information architecture and information scent, minimized friction with a streamlined checkout process, and used behavioral science techniques to build trust, and integrated cross-selling modules like ‘Frequently Bought Together’ or ‘You May Also Like’ directly into the product detail and cart pages to increase Average Order Value without disrupting the user flow.
