Project Overview
I worked as the UX (UI) Designer on the international multi-brand e-commerce website for Volkswagen and its associated brands.

I contributed to two One.Shop projects, collaborating with both the client-facing rollout team and the platform development team and took on a variety of roles.
My Contributions
Created UX concepts, wireframes, and UI designs, prototypes to address the complex usability challenges of an e-commerce platform.

Redesigned and proposed an entire journey applying UX and e-commerce strategies and a new UI design.

Conducted UX research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user pain points.

Mapped customer journeys to ensure alignment between user needs and business goals.

Collaborated closely with stakeholders to communicate design decisions and offer consulting on UX optimization, which fostered a better understanding of user-centric design principles and ensured alignment between teams and resulted in more effective product solutions.

Acted as a liaison between platform development teams and brand stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and collaboration, which led to design solutions to be aligned with both user needs and business objectives. This helped ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
